TRUSTEE EBNER'S TRUSTEE CALL IS ON ZOOM.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Trustee requires the following documents no less than 48 hours prior to the 341 meeting date.
Complete copies of tax returns for the last 2 years
Pay advices for the last 60 days and information for all sources of income for the last 60 days
Current Government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, State Identification Card, or Passport)
Proof of Social Security Number (only a Social Security card, W-2, paid-preparer return, or 1099 will be accepted
DOCUMENT SUBMISSION TO TRUSTEE
Trustee utilizes Trustee Solutions as her software vendor. Trustee Solutions will transmit an email invitation to you which will invite you to register and to thereafter submit all requested and required documents through the system. This email will be sent to the address used for case filing.
